Preserving and improving traditions
It all started when kings fought for dominance, when power and strength were the main tool in the struggle, when honor and glory went to a few. Our story begins with the cook Richard, who worked at the court of King William III. At that time, each preparation of a dish was a kind of lottery, where the highest price was the stake – life. To achieve the constancy of taste, smell and color of the cooked, the chefs went to a variety of tricks. At the same time, Richard came up with a way to get a constant taste of smoking with minimal time and resources. Over time, the kings succeeded each other, and our chef passed on his method and knowledge to his successors. Thus, we still carefully store this technology, constantly improving it.
