Preparation of water for the manufacture of smoke flavors and dyes
The basis of Aromagold flavors and dyes of the Koptismak series is high-quality prepared water, which goes through several stages of purification:
- First of all, water undergoes mechanical treatment, during which suspended particles are removed;
- at the second stage, a complex purification of water occurs due to a mixture of ion-exchange and sorption materials that regulates the content of iron and manganese, the content of hardness salts and organic substances;
- the third stage of purification is ultraviolet water disinfection, which provides a complete bactericidal effect;
- The final stage of purification is an industrial reverse osmosis system, which, using the membrane method, removes up to 99% of impurities, as well as possible viruses, bacteria and toxicants.
