Aromagold Cherry LUX – This product is ideal as a substitute for natural smoking for meat, cheese and fish, especially for those who do not have the opportunity or skills to smoke their own food.
Aromagold can also be used as an additive to dishes to give them a delicious smoked flavor. It is produced by controlled pyrolysis of wood, after which it is purified from any harmful substances.

Usage:
- For soaking meat or fish, the prepared raw materials are placed in a prepared marinade (brine) with the addition of Aromagold at a dose of 1 – 2%, aged according to the technological process.
- For injection or application to the surface of meat or fish, it is recommended to add 1-2% Aromagold to brine or marinade.
The use of smoke flavors does not require strict dosage, and the concentration can vary depending on the raw materials and personal preferences. Aromagold allows you to enjoy the unique taste of smoked meat in all your favorite dishes!
